Who we are
Supperlist is a platform that helps independent supper-club hosts publish a public page, sell tickets to in-person dinners, and manage their guests. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app or visit a host's page.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, display name, optional avatar, bio, city, Instagram handle, and website.
- Club & event content — anything you publish on your host page (text, photos, menus, ticket prices, dates).
- Ticket purchases — buyer name, email, optional phone, quantity, and the amount paid. Card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Mailing list signups — name, email, and optional phone for guests subscribing to a host's notify list.
- Usage data — page views, anonymous visitor identifiers, device/browser information, and basic logs used for security and product improvement.
- Support messages — anything you submit through the in-app support form.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the Supperlist service.
- To process ticket payments via Stripe and pay out hosts through Stripe Connect.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, host notifications).
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for cross-app advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers required to run the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing and host payouts.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Hosts — when you buy a ticket or join a notify list, the host of that event receives your contact details.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your data and permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, club page, events, and disconnects Stripe. Some records (e.g. paid order history required for tax/accounting) may be retained in anonymized form.
Data retention
We keep account and event data for as long as your account is active. Logs and analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Payment records are kept for the period required by applicable tax law.
Children
Supperlist is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
